1st time customer...sadly disappointed. Cupcakes were small with little icing. Purchased peanut butter one that was greasy and hard, flavorless cake. Best thing was the candy on top. Gf brownie cupcake was the same. Couldn’t even get it off the paper it was so greasy. Sorry but I’ll stick with GiGi’s.

We got cupcakes for our doggos too! try the blueberry cream cheese.

WARNING ! Cupcakes are awesome. No complaints about cupcakes.But I guess their system is hacked or being misused by someone. Three times in a row after making purchase at this place, my 3 cards has been involved in fraudulent activity and I had to change three different cards. If this happens regularly, it might effect the credit history as well.

LOVE the cupcakes! Have never had a cupcake I didn't like! I actually prefer the GF cupcakes & there is usually a good selection when you walk in. But, I've started placing my order in the mornings so I get the ones my family wants. Have bought the pup cakes & the dogs really enjoyed that treat! I also appreciate the punch card! The cupcakes are pretty. There is a good selection of products but more gluten free than regular. The chocolate cupcake had zero flavor. It was moist but did not taste chocolatey at all. The icing was weird-not whipped cream, not fondant and not buttercream. The cake ball had no taste either. It was dense, rubbery and dry. Sorry but will not go back.

Legit place. I had never been before. My work sent me on a run to get cupcakes on my lunch. The girl working was really helpful and I was in & out fast plus amazing cupcakes!

I finally got the photos back from my wedding in November and wanted to share! Y'all, the owners and amazing people here did such an amazing job on my wedding cakes & cupcakes! Cake was beautiful and as always, delicious! Bride's cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting, groom's cake was strawberry with buttercream, cupcakes were s'mores, wedding cake, & pumpkin spice! Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing! (My mom did the floral decorations on the 2 cakes)

Great for a sugar fix. Variety of flavors. They need to keep more icing shots available or offer to make some when they're out.

Between here and Texas some of the best pastries I’ve had! The cookie dough cupcake brought tears to my eyes ❤️ Every part of it was perfect! Also grabbed a cup of cookie dough! So amazing! Staff was super pleasant as well!

Cupcakes are always a nice treat! Chocolate dipped pretzels are also great and are great for a younger audience.

Came here with my wife and daughter who religiously watch baking shows and when they ate the cupcakes and the cookie dough my wife was in heaven. She had the same child like excitement eating it as a kid locked in a candy store.

Some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. They also have gluten free flavors every day, plus smaller cupcakes, icing shots, and pretzels for the kids. Service is always quick and polite. They even have a drive thru window, so you don't even have to leave your car.

Literally this is one of my happy places. I lived in NWA for 6 years and the Chocolate Milkshake cupcake (thank you for bringing it back!) and the M&M cookie sandwich are truly from heaven. Anytime I know someone visiting or driving through I have them pick me up some!

I love getting my gluten free cupcakes here. We often times by a 12 pack and take them home and freeze them for treats throughout the month.

Last year I bought cupcakes from the Rogers store for a party, unfortunately they were so dry and stale that I was embarrassed to serve them. I wrote a review and the owner responded asking me to give them another try. This summer I had company in town who spotted the store and wanted to go in. I was pleasantly surprised to have good service and fresh cupcakes. Yesterday my husband said he had a craving for chocolate cake so we stopped by for two cupcake, and again were so disappointed with the selection.They offered 6 different kinds of gluten free cupcakes, which I find tasteless, two flavors for dogs and one vegan. What happened to basic classic flavors???The vegan happened to be the only chocolate flavor available so we bought red velvet . We went home to eat them and again found that we had purchased stale cupcake. This was my LAST time to purchase at Bliss cupcakes!!!
